Medicine and Pharmaceuticals

I translate medical documents, package leaflets, patient information, scientific literature and popular science, websites for this sector. Assisted fertilisation, oncology, nutrition, genetics, autism, and rare diseases are the specific sectors in which I have most experience and interest.

This medical and pharmaceutical field is more a job for me, it’s something in which I have had a strong personal interest since I was a child. This is why I have attended and continue to attend a series of specialisation courses on medical translation in general and specifically on clinical trials, autism and nutrition. It is also why I read articles from the most important scientific medical journals in my three working languages every day. Keeping up-to-date in this field is essential, building vocabulary is a daily practice.
